Now Playing: Lying From You - Linkin Park
Best band ever! They sound fantastic, both live and in the studio. So fantastic, I'm going to buy their album (Road To Revolution: Live at Milton Keynes)tomorrow. I've gotta rob the bank first though, my cash pool has evaporated again. Right, I'm going to nail a sign on my head - stop spending excessive cash. But honestly, that's not entirely possible. One thing's for sure though, I must lay my hands/paws/tentacles/feet? on that live album!
Had training today, in the morning. I've got to make sure trainings are conducted in the noon from now on; I need my sleep. I hate that lethargic feeling when I wake in the morning. It causes my mind to formulate an excuse to absent myself from training to get more sleep. You know, stuff like, "Guys, I'm sick, can't come", or maybe "My friend's mum died", or "I'm getting married" Thank goodness I haven't used any of them.. yet. (:
Training was quite good today. We just played matches continuously. As an overview, most of us improved individually. But frankly, as a team, we're lacking something!
Duck rice after training! Pasir Ris duck rice is good. So good, it's like a must eat every time I'm there. I'm surprised the dude selling it doesn't recognize me yet, I'm there ever so often. Cabbed home with Zhiwei and Songhan after that. Was completely beat the moment I reached home! And I ate the WORST Tom Yum soup for dinner. I swear I'll NEVER buy it again, even if it was the last bowl of soup on earth.
Had another basketball chat with Ivan earlier. It's always interesting talking to him about ball, because he gives the most unbiased opinions. Chats are on hold though, he's going overseas till the 4th. And and and we've got 2 upcoming matches. Good stuff.
The All-American Rejects are hilarious. Especially Tyson. Their cover of Womanizer was kinda hilarious.
"Hi, we're The All-American Rejects. And, we come here today bearing fruit - and that fruit is the song Womanizer by Britney spears. And i know what you're thinking, why womanizer? Is it because of its deep political connotations? No, It's because we can do it better than Britney."
Lmao.
I'm done, for now, at least. I've gotta post on the other blog.
