Now Playing: New Divide - Linkin Park

Linkin Park's latest single is anything but electrifying. Sure they are a great band and all, but New Divide is really dull. Where is the screaming! Damn. Pardon me for I think I've said this twice.. or maybe thrice already. Well, I just felt that I have to say it again.

--

Today was as dull as New Divide. We (as in my family) went down for a day trip to Johor Bahru (Malaysia, just in case you dimwits had no idea). I made a mental shopping list for fun before we left the house. Y'know, just in case Dad was in a good mood. Incidentally, he was, but unfortunately, today just wasn't my day. As much as I tried, I couldn't find the stuff I wanted. So, I came home with a ring and a ear stud. Sigh.

At least there's Ribeye steak on a stone grill for lunch.. right?

And sis' salmon to munch on..

Disfigured old figures happen while waiting for food.

I nearly got my leather Converse shoes. Unfortunately, there was no stock for the black pair. :(

We came across the stupidest couple in the world on our way back. They were from India, if I'm not wrong (That's not why they're stupid, in case you were wondering). They were a little lost and they asked my Dad for directions. So, he told them to take a taxi to wherever they were headed to.

Here's the best part: they saw an empty taxi (with no driver as well), walked up to it, knocked on the hood and looked inside the taxi. Obviously, there was no response.

They looked puzzled and started peering into the taxi through the windows as though the driver was hiding under the dashboard or something.

When I saw that, I began grinning to myself like the idiots they were.

Aaah, nothing like some dumb people to brighten up my day. I'm off. Ciao~
