Post number 400! Small bit of randomness: Linkin Park is probably the best band in the entire effing world!
Just came back from the Speech Day rehearsal. I thought the whole thing was great except for the following: the extreme stuffiness in the hall, the weirdo uniform group performance, the boring NPCC drill (it was supposed to be fancy; but no matter how much I try, I can't see the fanciness) and the stupid emcee who can't pronounce my Chinese name properly. Not to mention that the two and a half hours I spent there was crazily boring (and hot!). Oh wait, did I say the thing was great?
No jeans/long hair/dyed hair/ear studs/ear sticks for Speech Day. Why don't they mail me the plaque instead? ):

Tomorrow's the orientation for school. Am I supposed to feel excited/enthusiastic? I don't know, 'coz I'm not.
I'm going to try and be friendly tomorrow. So, hopefully, the word 'dao', or anything synonymous with unfriendly won't be heard in my next three years. Wee, I'm going to smile like some psychopath from tomorrow onwards.
I told Mum that I was going to drop out of school if I still don't like my course by the end of this year. And her reply was "Mmm."

I've taken 'broke' and 'penniless' to a whole new level. According to my calculations, ever since I've gotten my NETS card, I've spent at least $1500. You guys will never guess how much cash I have left. Heh, if this keeps up, I'm going to be a part-time pimp on weekends. Ha-ha.

I shall officially give up on Heroes in 2 weeks time if it's going to be devoid of twists. The story arc doesn't seem to be going anywhere. What happened to the good old season one story! Heh, today's episode was so boring, I couldn't be bothered to download it. And besides, everyone was being selfish this morning - all leeching and no seeding. Suckers.
