Now Playing: With You - Chris Brown

I'm famished, even after eating $5.30 worth of Korean style hot plate beef with rice. And it wasn't even anywhere near nice. So people, if you're looking for food, don't ever buy it from S11's Korean food stall. Sounds like I'm flaming them, but it's oh-so-true.

I woke up bright and chirpy today (6.37AM). Okay, bright and chirpy reminds me of a yellow chick, but whatever. Normally, I get up wondering why I ever wanted to work. I must have had a really sweet dream last night. I was on time again today when I met Martin on the MRT platform at Tampines. Zhiwei was late as usual; he met us at Harbourfront instead, after our breakfast (toast, half-boiled eggs and ice milo!).

Work was the bomb today. Nothing but emptiness.. until those bloody scouts came in. On the bright side, I didn't manage to screw up at the cash register. Normally, I'd find someway to mangle our earnings, even if it was impossible. Like on my first day; we were already short of $10. Oops?

My manager from C found herself acting cute today. It was so 'cute' I had a sudden urge to stick a needle in my eyes and rub salt in them. She must have found herself so adorable, she had no idea we were all exchanging snide remarks.

I've realized how much foreigners (especially Europeans) differ from majority of us Singaporeans in the way they carry themselves. Foreigners are generally the more polite group. For example, they would greet you back when you greet them, as well as smile at us. Some Singaporeans on the other hand, ignore us when we greet them, and walk as though someone owed them a living (may you get struck by falling hot dogs, suckers!).

Train-ed home to Tampines. We fell asleep on the train, and apparently everyone found that amusing. We were sitting in a row against the door with our heads bowed. Occasionally, when I woke up, I saw people staring at us. Must have looked funny. And speaking of funny, Martin and I kept getting mistaken as staff at Toys R Us. I was looking for my Rubik's cube when this lady went "Excuse me, can I..", and we went "Err, sorry, we don't work here". Hilarious man. It happened three times!

Dropped by East View at night to pick up Yulin. Wanted to drop Fangyi a surprise, but she already went home. Aww. Dinner-ed and headed home after picking up Bunny's bedding at TM.

Ending here. (:
