Now Playing: Mad - Ne-yo

Mad by Ne-yo has a rather nice tune - you guys should listen to it. Lately, I've taken a liking to softer music; rather than the usual hard rock/metal. It's quite nice for a change. Ne-yo's latest album is good stuff, the singles so far are really catchy.

Yesterday's BBQ was a success. It's Dorothy's second birthday celebration this year, which means she gets two birthday wishes. How cool is that! Zhiwei came over in the noon to bake baked rice for her. He nearly killed my kitchen (and me) in that process - cheese in the oven? Nah, doesn't smell good. I'd swap for sniffing a garbage bag any day. We rolled over to his place to grab the curry his mum cooked (good stuff), and at the same time, I had a snack. Or.. snacks, actually.

Met Fangyi, Elaine and Xinyi at 201 before going to Melville Park. Ran off to Eastpoint with Andre to meet Ziyang, followed by Henry (for the BBQ stuff). Thanks to Henry for running around to get the stuff with us! Bacardi cost like $50.. so much for looking like plain water.

We prepared the food and balloons (bloody expensive for inflatable rubber. $11.50!!), and then Dorothy came by with that priceless, stunned look on her face. Food was good! Curry and fried rice was fantastic.

On the whole, a memorable night!

Today:
Basketball at North CC - I was an hour late. I was completely dead tired, so I hit 'snooze' every time my alarm sounded. Yes, it sounds really dumb, but that's what I did. I dragged myself out of bed after 9AM (the time we were supposed to meet), showered and walked there. I got a funny text from Adrian which said "... where are you?". It sounded like he was already there.. but he ended up on the bus on the way there. Played till 6+ before going back.

Speaking of basketball, my position on the court has been changed - I'm now a point guard. I was taken off guard about Terence's decision. I always thought I was too blur for that. I played the position today during the full court game against some nobodies. Result? Not cool. Maybe it's not my style.

And before I forget, Happy Birthday to Yi Quan! I know it's tomorrow, but I seriously doubt that I'm blogging. ;D

Done for today. Yikes, This is post number 300++. Michelle has already hit a thousand; goes to show how much I do blog.
