Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to Fangyi, Happy Birthday to you!
Birthdays. Everyone loves birthdays. It feels great when you see the birthday boy/girl looking as though they've won the lottery. Today's celebration went quite well. Thanks everyone (Andre, Andrew, Zhiwei, Martin, Dorothy, Elaine and Xinyi), for their hard work! We bought candles. Loads of candles. We left IKEA leaving the cashier with a blank look on her face, thinking that we taking part in a ritual. 600 candles. Yes, not 6, not 60. 600. We have like a hundred spare, unused candles. I'm so sorry Andrew, now you know what to expect for your upcoming birthday.
Celebration/Presents Andre and I bought the candles in the morning. Mind you, the candles were effing heavy. We lugged them to Andrew's place, before meeting Dorothy, June and Xinyi @ TM to get the ingredients for the cake. I found nice nice flowers there too. And speaking of flowers, I was actually planning to get black roses yesterday. But I found out that they didn't exist. I think I'm becoming stupid. Anyway! We went to June's house to fix up the thingy which is filled up with sweets/candy which has to be beaten up (poor thing) to get the stuff. I've no idea how to spell it. Fangyi probably has a life-time supply of candy now. More than enough gummy to open a small candy store. Spent a couple of hours there playing Audition, baking and etc. Picked up my flowers with Zhiwei before going to Fangyi's place. We cabbed to TM, and with every passing moment, my wallet felt lighter. I spent like 50 cents at the traffic junction. And there were like tons of them. Lesson learnt: Take the bus. People were under the impression that I was on a date. And worse still, with Zhiwei. HA.
Spent about an hour doing up the candle pictures (if that's what you call them). Finished it at around 9.50pm?
I doubt anyone dared to eat the cake. The annoying thing about pre-mixed cakes is that the photograph on the packaging looks super appetizing, but when you actually bake the cake, it looks nothing like the photograph. But hey, we tried. (:
All in all, today was a success, and once again, thanks to everyone who came!
The O's 8 days to the practical exams. 7, actually. It's past midnight. I think I've gotten the hang of the QA for chemistry. In fact, I'm pretty confident that I'll achieve my target aggregate score of 9 for my L1B4. I'm planned it all out. From today on, I'm going to revise my history like a mad man.
I'm done for today! No photos, sorry. Bed time! ((:
Nice song.

I think I was probably born sarcastic. That's probably about all that I'm sure of. I don't know so much about myself, I surprise myself every other day. Well, I guess that's all there is to know about me.
